Mega Double Rainbow Stars

Oversized scrunchie with wide elastic measuring at just over 15cm in diameter and 5cm high.  Scrunchies are super gentle on the hair and can be worn all day. 

This scrunchie is made from dance knit with foil stars. Always makes a statement!
